THE SCIENCE OF BROKEN HEART
The broken heart is an abstract but it leads to the real physical and emotional pain, that pain is more worst than heart attack and brain hemorrhage. A person may feel as the veins of the brain are over filled with the blood that leads to the blood pressure on the walls on the veins of the brain.

ACTUALLY WHAT HAPPENS?
Whenever heart breaks the physical pain you feel is recognized medically that is called broken heart syndrome that leads to the improper functioning of the heart.



In this pain (ENTERIOR CINGULATE CORTEX) is stimulated, surprisingly this is the same region of the brain for the physical and the emotional pain.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE BRAIN HORMONE?
As you separated from your loved one that results in increase of CORTISOLE stress hormone and decrease in the NOREPINEPHRINE causing major stress response. Ultimately that contribute to the (Depression and Anxiety) and loud crying documented.





If you were in the long term relationship or separated from your husband/wife that pain can be more severe and leads to the severe heart attack or death in six months. But in most of the cases it does not happen.



SO HOW TO PUT THE BANDAGE ON THE BROKEN HEART?

1# SOCIAL SUPPORT→ surround yourself with family and friends that will give you positive energy. In this case, i will prefer you to read a book ( Thinking fast and slow by DANIEL KAHEMAN)


2# KEEP DISTANCE FROM THAT PARTICULAR PERSON→ so that you will not get more negative energy and not let anyone to hurt you.


3# MANAGE YOUR HIDDEN FRUSTRATION→ write down all the negative things happened in your relationship and lead to the break up. This will help you to let go all the anger and frustration from your mind.



4# DEAL WITH YOUR EMOTIONS→do not pretend that you are not hurt. However face you frustration, anger and pain and deal with them. Set a time to cry and mope but do not let your negative emotions over come to you.



5#TALK OUT→ talk to your parents or to your best friends or consult a therapist who will give you positive vibes.



6# GET BUSY IN MORE FOCUSED SCHEDULE→that will not allow you to think about any other thing and not let you to get more stress.




7# TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF→ care take of your fitness, hydrate yourself more, take care of your skin, eat tasty foods and go for fun.




8# LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANT→ be kind to yourself more than kind to anyone else. Your mind will recover soon and will balance it's chemistry. And you will be more strong than you ever thought.
